Happy Friday !

We have just ended another great week at Killian.  Students had an amazing time at Krogers.  The  tour guides gave some good information about the products in  various departments.   Students enjoyed themselves and learned a lot.  At the end of the tour, they sampled some delicious cookies and milk.  Please ask them about their experience.

Testing went really well.  A BIG THANKS to all  students for following directions and showing perseverance while testing .   I am really proud of the academic growth they have made since the beginning of the school year.   You could get your child's results by checking their data card that were placed in their binder.

On Thursday,  April 6, 2017,  students will have an opportunity to participate in “Market Day”.   This will be a great way to help students get a understanding of economics by creating a business plan, producing a good or service and selling it to their classmates in a “market place” setting.  Market Day will be a fun and exciting  activity that will  give students  a  hands-on experience of how the economy works.    Students received a copy of this information in their communication folder.
